Methods Offered at this Location
A total body workout for optimal strength and functional mobility utilizing the barre to challenge balance. Props may include weights, ankle weights, resistance bands and a Pilates ball to sculpt and tone the body, all with minimal impact.
Barre Socks Required.
A high-intensity, low-impact class utilizes a JumpSport® Fitness Trampoline to challenge and improve cardiovascular health while strengthening all major muscle groups. The benefits include improved balance and stability, strengthened pelvic floor muscles, improves bone density, is a more effective calorie burn than many other forms of cardio, and more! Tennis Shoes Recommended
A high-intensity JumpSport® Fitness Trampoline class that will challenge and improve cardiovascular health while strengthening all major muscle groups. Muscular strength and endurance are challenged in this full-body workout! Shoes Recommended
A rhythm-based, low-impact, high-intensity indoor cycling class. Lose yourself in the music while you increase endurance and build strength at the same time.
Cycling Shoes Required (rentals available)
Muscular strength and endurance are challenged in this full-body 45-minute workout. We will combine calisthenics with heavy weights and resistance bands to strengthen and tone your entire body.
Tennis Shoes Required
An athletic approach to classic Pilates work adding props including Heroboards, wedges, bands and platforms to also bring the reformer to the mat! In this mixed equipment class, we will also use optional heavy weights to strengthen and tone your entire body. Tennis Shoes Optional.
A sculpting combining both mat and equipment based Pilates performed on a yoga hammock. While rooted in Pilates, Suspend Sculpt also combines yoga and strength based movements. Benefits include improved posture, flexibility, a stronger core, stability and overall strength.
A restorative yoga type class performed on a yoga hammock. Suspend Restore combines Yoga, deep stretching and hammock inversions to create length in your muscles, improve flexibility and calm your mind.
A Vinyasa Yoga practice focused on creating heat in the body, stretching the muscles, increasing mobility and reducing mental and physiological stress. Each instructor brings their own flavor and personality to their class.
A heated vinyasa class focused on sculpting and stretching the muscles, increasing mobility and reducing mental and physiological stress. Boost heart health, improve your mood, burn more calories and increase your lung capacity with your favorite yoga instructors!

We are located in Cochran’s Crossing Shopping Center next to Gracie Barra and Trek, facing Shadowbend.
We recommend arriving at the studio 10-15 minutes early so we can show you around the studio, introduce you to your instructor, and educate you on the equipment.

We offer class packs (1, 5, 10, 20) and monthly memberships.
We offer special rates for new clients, students, educators, Veterans and select businesses. These are not available for sale online, so email us at thewoodlands@motivfitness.com to set yours up!
You can freeze your Get Mōtivated membership one time per year for a minimum of 1 week. Freezes must be done in advance via email, we cannot retroactively freeze your account nor do we offer refunds. Membership Cancellations can be made with a 90 day notice by emailing thewoodlands@motivfitness.com – front desk staff cannot cancel accounts.
Get Mōtivated Members have unlimited access to all in-studio and livestream classes at Motiv as well as free cycling shoe rentals, 10% off select retail, and one free guest pass each month.
Class cancellations made more than 2 hours before class start time do not incur a penalty fee. No-show and cancellations made within 2 hours of class start time incur a $24 penalty fee. Class pack clients forfeit their class credit for a late cancel or no show.
Class entry is closed five minutes after the class begins. Arrivals after the five-minute mark are considered a no-show. We do not allow late entry as it increases the risk for injury and is disruptive to the instructor and class participants.

While our classes are challenging, our instructors are trained in providing modifications where needed throughout class for all fitness levels. Please take an open level class before trying Intermediate and Sculpt classes.
Before beginning any exercise routine, we advise prenatal and postpartum clients to talk with their medical provider. Our instructors are trained in providing modifications throughout class and are happy to discuss your questions and concerns before class begins.
