This 45-minute high-intensity, low-impact class utilizes a rebounder (mini-trampoline) to challenge and improve cardiovascular health while strengthening all major muscle groups. The benefits of our Jump class are endless… it boosts balance and stability, strengthens pelvic floor muscles, strengthens bones, is a more effective calorie burn than many other forms of cardio, and more! Props may include hand weights, resistance bands, & sliders
TENNIS SHOES REQUIRED
This 60-minute hybrid class pairs 30-minutes of Cycle with 30-minutes of Barre to improve cardiovascular endurance, define lean muscles, and strengthen your core. Props may include: Barre, sculpt ball, hand weights, resistance bands, & sliders.
CYCLING SHOES REQUIRED (rentals available) & BARRE SOCKS REQUIRED
This 45-minute or 60 minute whole-body workout incorporates repetition of strategic movements to fully fatigue all major muscle groups while strengthening and defining lean muscles and increasing cardiovascular endurance. The importance of an engaged core is emphasized throughout class as it supports correct form, increases core strength, and improves balance and posture. Props may include: Barre, sculpt ball, light and heavy hand weights, resistance bands, & sliders.
BARRE SOCKS REQUIRED
Muscular strength and endurance are challenged in this 45-minute HIIT-inspired workout. The circuit class cycles through various exercises, working all major muscle groups. The exercises change with every class, so you’ll never be repeating the same workout. The quick pace and minimal rest time maintained throughout benefits the cardiorespiratory system improving oxygen circulation throughout the body. Props included: heavy hand weights, and resistance bands
TENNIS SHOES REQUIRED
This 45-minute high-intensity class targets all major muscle groups while building cardiovascular strength and endurance. Legs and glutes are challenged with each turn of the pedal, improving tone and increasing muscle strength, both of which play a vital role in joint stability. Arms, back, and core muscles are kept engaged throughout the class to maintain the correct form while also strengthening and enhancing muscle tone, balance, and posture. We’re located off River Road at 1022 River Rd. in a white building behind Keller Williams Boerne Realty.
We offer free parking along the front of the studio building.
We recommend arriving at the studio 10 minutes prior to class to allow our us to show you around the studio, introduce you to your instructor, and educate you on the equipment.
- CYCLE: Clip-in shoes required. Our pedals are SPD, DELTA/LOOK compatible. (rentals available for $3)

Yes! We offer a first class for $15 and a New Client Unlimited one-month membership. The New Client Unlimited one-month membership is for one month only and will automatically terminate at the conclusion of one month. This membership does not automatically renew.

Class Packs are not subject to auto-renewal. Class Packs have a 1-year expiration date. Please be aware that no refunds will be issued for unredeemed classes after expiration date. No shows and reservations cancelled 6 hours prior to start time will result in a lost credit used for the reservation.

Memberships are billed monthly, automatically renew on a month-to-month basis, and have no minimum commitments (unless otherwise specified in description). Memberships will continue to renew each month unless a cancellation is requested at least 30 days in advance of the auto-renewal date. Cancellations can be requested by emailing your request to

You can freeze your membership at any time for a minimum of one 1 month and a maximum of three 3 months.

Returns for retail items are accepted, and a refund will be issued in the form of a studio account credit. This credit can be applied towards any purchases at the studio, including retail items, class packs, memberships, and penalty fees. Please note that returned items must be in unworn and unwashed condition, with the original tags still attached.

Canceling a class is free when done no less than 6 hours before the scheduled start time. No shows and reservations cancelled 6 hours before class start time will result in a $10 fee. For Class Pack clients, a Late Cancel or No Show results in forfeiting the class credit.
For the safety of all and to uphold a positive client experience, entry to the class is not permitted after 10 minutes from the scheduled start time. No Penalty Fees will be applied, and any class credits used for the reservation will be refunded to your account.

Although our classes can be challenging, our instructors are adept at off ering modifi cations as needed during the session. We encourage newcomers to Motiv or a particular method to arrive early if they have any questions about the class or need assistance with setting up.
Prior to starting any exercise regimen, we recommend that prenatal and postpartum clients consult with their healthcare provider. Our instructors are well-versed in offering modifications during class and are more than happy to address any questions or concerns you may have before the session begins.
