Are you ready to get toned? This 45-minute whole-body workout incorporates repetition of strategic movements to fully fatigue all major muscle groups while strengthening and defining lean muscles and increasing cardiovascular endurance. The importance of an engaged core is emphasized throughout class as it supports correct form, increases core strength, and improves balance and posture. Props may include: Barre, sculpt ball, hand weights, resistance bands, & sliders. 

BARRE SOCKS REQUIRED

Welcome to the best of both worlds. This 60-minute hybrid class pairs 30-minutes of Cycle with 30-minutes of Barre to improve cardiovascular endurance, define lean muscles, strengthen your core, and improve posture. Props may include: Barre, sculpt ball, hand weights, resistance bands, & sliders. 

CYCLING SHOES REQUIRED (rentals available) & BARRE SOCKS REQUIRED

Time to ride: this 45-minute high-intensity class targets all major muscle groups while building cardiovascular strength and endurance. Legs and glutes are challenged with each turn of the pedal, improving tone and increasing muscle strength, both of which play a vital role in joint stability. Arms, back, and core muscles are kept engaged throughout the class to maintain the correct form while also strengthening and enhancing muscle tone, balance, and posture. The class is rhythm-based and our playlists are so fun, you might forget how incredible of a workout you’re doing! Props include hand weights. 

CYCLING SHOES REQUIRED (rentals available)

Muscular strength and endurance are challenged in this 45-minute HIIT-inspired workout. The circuits cycle through various exercises, working all major muscle groups. The exercises change with every class, so you’ll never be repeating the same workout. The quick pace and minimal rest time maintained throughout benefits the cardiorespiratory system improving oxygen circulation throughout the body. Props included: hand weights, resistance bands, and sliders. 

TENNIS SHOES REQUIRED

Get your groove on and get a workout in! This 45-minute cardio and strength-infused class is suitable for all levels and incorporates dance with sculpting movements for a workout that’s sure to leave you sweaty and smiling! While this class targets all major muscle groups to increase strength and improve cardiovascular health, it does so much more. Dance cardio has been shown to improve brain health, balance and stability, coordination, flexibility, and mood! Props may include hand weights, resistance bands, & sliders. 

TENNIS SHOES REQUIRED 

Ready, set, rebound! This 45-minute high-intensity, low-impact class utilizes a rebounder (mini-trampoline) to challenge and improve cardiovascular health while strengthening all major muscle groups. The benefits of our Rebound class are endless… it boosts balance and stability, strengthens pelvic floor muscles, strengthens bones, is a more effective calorie burn than many other forms of cardio, and more! Props may include hand weights, resistance bands, & sliders

We’re located in downtown Austin at 809 South Lamar Blvd – street level of the Windsor South Lamar building, right next to Uchi.

We offer two FREE parking options: covered parking in the attached garage, with numerous spots specifically designated for Motiv clients. Additionally, take advantage of street parking on Treadwell Street, conveniently located on the south end of our block, across from Shake Shack.

We recommend arriving at the studio 10 minutes prior to class to allow our us to show you around the studio, introduce you to your instructor, and educate you on the equipment.

  • CYCLE: Clip-in shoes required. Our pedals are SPD, DELTA/LOOK compatible. (rentals available for $3)

Yes! We offer a first class for $15 and a New Client Unlimited one-month membership. The New Client Unlimited one-month membership is for one month only and will automatically terminate at the conclusion of one month. This membership does not automatically renew.

Class Packs are not subject to auto-renewal. Class Packs have a 100-year expiration date. Please be aware that no refunds will be issued for unredeemed classes.

Memberships are billed monthly, automatically renew on a month-to-month basis, have no minimum commitments, and are non-refundable. Memberships will continue to renew each month unless a cancellation is requested at least 7 days in advance of the auto-renewal date. Cancellations can be requested by emailing your request to austin@motivfitness.com 7 days prior to your auto-renewal date. Failure to timely cancel will result in auto-renewal.

Yes! We offer discounted rates for Students, Educators, Windsor South Lamar Residents, and Military. To take advantage of these exclusive offers, please reach out to us via email at austin@motivfitness.com as these are not available for sale online.

Returns for retail items are accepted, and a refund will be issued in the form of a studio account credit. This credit can be applied towards any purchases at the studio, including retail items, class packs, memberships, and penalty fees. Please note that returned items must be in unworn and unwashed condition, with the original tags still attached.

Available 24/7, 365 days a year, you have constant access to your Motiv account. Explore dedicated sections with details like payment information, personal data, full purchase history, memberships, credits, and more.

Canceling a class is free when done no less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations within 12 hours of class incur a $10 penalty fee, while No Shows result in a $15 penalty fee. For Class Pack clients, a Late Cancel or No Show results in forfeiting the class credit.

ClassPass Clients: We adhere to the ClassPass Late Cancel/No Show policy outlined on their website.

If you’re new to our studio and arrive late, you will not be able to join the class. We ask new clients to arrive 10 minutes early so we can acquaint them with our space, introduce them to the instructor, and familiarize them with the equipment. For returning clients, entry to class will not be permitted after 5 minutes past the scheduled start time. If you arrive late and are unable to participate in class, no penalty fees will incur, and the class credits used for your reservation will be refunded to your account. ClassPass clients will be checked in for class and a free class credit will be added to their Motiv account for future use.

Although our classes can be challenging, our instructors are adept at offering modifications as needed during the session. We encourage newcomers to Motiv or a particular method to arrive early if they have any questions about the class or need assistance with setting up.

Prior to starting any exercise regimen, we recommend that prenatal and postpartum clients consult with their healthcare provider. Our instructors are well-versed in offering modifications during class and are more than happy to address any questions or concerns you may have before the session begins.
